Processing

How long will my order take to process/make?

As all items are handmade, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be made before it is shipped. 


The majority of items are made and shipped within 3-4 working days. 


Please contact me prior to ordering if you have a pressing engagement you need your item for and I'll do my best to advise/accommodate you.

Can I cancel my order?

As items are handmade I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 


You do have the right to an exchange or return upon receipt of your item. Please see the returns/exchanges section for more details.

Which cards do you accept?

Secure transactions are powered by WorldPay who accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 


I also accept Paypal which you can use as an account holder or guest. Payments can be made from Paypal funds or the usual Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 


No membership account for Stylecamp is required.

Where does my order ship from?

All Stylecamp items are handmade and shipped from Folkestone, UK.

How are items sent?

As all items are handmade, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched. The majority of items are made and shipped within 3-4 working days. 


Your item will be sent neatly packed in tissue paper and ready to show off! 


Shipping costs vary from size & weight of the overall package. 


Tracking is an optional extra paid for at checkout, with the exception of destinations in the UK and Canada, where tracking is used as standard.

UK shipping starts from £3.95 and is free for orders over £50.

United Kingdom: 2-4 business days 

Europe: 7-10 business days 

United States: 7-10 business days 

Canada: 7-14 business days 

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-14 business days 

Rest of World: 7-14 business days 


I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. 


I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Will there be a customs charge?

Dependent on your country of residence, you may be subject to a customs and/or VAT charge for importing goods. From January 2021, this now includes countries within the EU. 


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Stylecamp is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns/Exchanges

Can I exchange my item for a different size or colour?

I gladly accept exchanges if your item doesn't fit or if you'd prefer a different colour or style. 


Please contact Stylecamp directly within 7 days of delivery with your request for a return or an exchange. 


Items need to be sent off within 14 days of a request for a refund/exchange. Items are returned or exchanged only upon receipt of the original item. 


Requests for an exchange are sent on without an additional postage fee. 


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 


Stylecamp cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items that are returned soiled or damaged.

Returns/Exchanges

Can I return my item if it’s not right?

I gladly accept returns or exchanges if your item doesn't fit or is otherwise unsuitable. 


Please contact Stylecamp directly within 7 days of delivery with your request for a return or an exchange. 


Items need to be sent off within 14 days of a request for a refund/exchange. 


Items are returned or exchanged only upon receipt of the original item. 


Refunded returns are for the paid value of the item only* and exclude postage. 


*Full refunds including postage are offered on faulty items only. Please contact Stylecamp immediately if in receipt of a faulty item. 


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 


If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 


Stylecamp cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items that are returned soiled or damaged.

Returns/Exchanges

What if my item is faulty?

In cases of faulty items, please contact Stylecamp immediately within 7 days of receipt of your item and I will do all I can to make it right. 


You have the right to either a return or exchange. 


Requests for an exchange are sent on without an additional postage fee. 


Refunded returns for faulty goods are for the full value paid (including postage).

Returns/Exchanges

Do I have to pay to return my item?

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, so please ensure you pay correct postage, fill out relevant customs forms correctly and keep your receipts. 


All returns must be marked clearly on the outside 'return order'.

Privacy Policy

How are my customer details used?

Stylecamp will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information, to communicate with you about your order; to fulfill your order; or for legal reasons (like paying taxes). Stylecamp does not have any access to private financial data.
