Here you can find details of Stylecamp's shipping policies and the procedure for requesting a return or exchange.

Can I cancel my order?

As items are handmade I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

You do have the right to an exchange or return upon receipt of your item. Please see the returns/exchanges section for more details..

Which cards do you accept?

Secure transactions are powered by WorldPay who accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

 

I also accept Paypal which you can use as an account holder or guest.  Payments can be made from Paypal funds or the usual Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

No membership account for Stylecamp is required.

How are items sent?

As all items are handmade, you need to allow up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched. The majority of items are made and shipped within 3-4 working days.

Your item will be sent neatly packed in tissue paper and ready to show off!

 

All UK orders are sent free of charge and tracked as standard.

You can choose from flat rate standard or tracked shipping for items to be delivered to Europe, USA, Australia and the rest of the world.  Delivery estimates are quoted as working days and will vary dependant on the destination.

Tracked items will require a signature upon receipt.

All UK items are sent tracked free of charge.

Standard Shipping: £2.50

Tracked Shipping: £6.50

Delivery estimate: 5-7 working days

Standard Shipping: £5.00

Tracked Shipping: £9.50

How long will my order take to process/make?

As all items are handmade, you need to allow up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched. The majority of items are made and shipped within 3-4 working days.

Please contact me prior to ordering if you have a pressing engagement you need your item for and I'll do my best to advise/accommodate you.

Where does my order ship from?

All Stylecamp items are handmade in London, UK.

How long do items take to ship?

As all items are handmade, you need to allow up to 7 working days for your order to be made before it is shipped. The majority of items are made within 3-4 working days.

After this, the estimated shipping times are:

United Kingdom: 2-4 business days

Europe: 3-5 business days

 

United States: 5-9 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-10 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Please contact me prior to ordering if you have a pressing engagement you need your item for and I'll do my best to advise/accommodate you.

Will there be a customs charge?

Dependent on your country of residence, you may be subject to a customs charge for importing goods.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Can I exchange/return my item if it’s not right?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges if your item doesn't fit or is otherwise unsuitable.

Please contact me directly within 7 days of delivery with your request for a return or an exchange.

 

Items need to be returned within 14 days of a request for a refund/exchange.

Requests for an exchange are sent on without an additional postage fee.

Refunded returns are for the paid value of the item only* and exclude postage.

*Full refunds including postage are offered on faulty items only. Please contact me immediately if in receipt of a faulty item.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What if my item is faulty?

Please contact me immediately within 7 days of receipt of your item and I will do all I can to make it right.

You have the right to either a return or exchange.

Requests for an exchange are sent on without an additional postage fee.

Refunded returns for faulty good are for the full value paid (including postage).

How do I return/exchange an item?

Please contact me directly within 7 days of delivery with your request for a return or an exchange.

 

Items need to be returned within 14 days of a request for a refund/exchange.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, so please ensure you pay correct postage, fill out relevant customs forms correctly and keep your receipts. All returns must be marked clearly on the outside 'return order'.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items need to be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery.

Requests for an exchange are sent on without an additional postage fee.

Refunded returns are for the paid value of the item only* and exclude postage.

*Full refunds are offered on faulty items only. Please contact me immediately if in receipt of a faulty item.
