Which sizes do you offer?
Stylecamp sizes range from XS - XL.
Please choose your size using the measurements provided on the size chart as this is the most accurate way to pick a size. Note that 'standard' sizes (8, 10, 12 etc) vary greatly from store to store.
How does your size chart work?
The sizes XS-XL within the chart are listed with the body measurements and (approximate) world size equivalents below.

Each product also has a handy diagram offering general length measurements to give you a better idea of the proportions. Sizes shown in these diagrams are based on a size Medium, and will vary slightly from sizes XS-XL.
Are your fabrics stretchy?
I work almost exclusively with stretch fabrics so there is an element of give within each piece I make.
Please note, some fabrics stretch further than others, so here is a quick guide:
Ponte roma fabrics: Used for the bulk of my collection, this is a fairly thick, quality fabric with a moderate stretch. It hugs to the body and feels very supportive.
Viscose jersey fabrics: A lightweight, t-shirt weight jersey with excellent stretch and very soft to the touch. Used for secret support linings and stretch bodysuits.
Stretch velvet: A luxurious plush fabric with a moderate stretch. Used for my special edition versions of my main collection.
Lightweight viscose wovens: A woven fabric without stretch. Very light and floaty, ideal for summer. Used for easy-fitting jumpsuits and trousers unless otherwise stated.
Cottons & linen blends: Lightweight and breathable fabrics for summer with no stretch. Garments using this fabric are cut in looser silhouettes for easy-fitting. Used for shirts, shorts and trousers.
Cupro: A lightweight silky fabric that is woven with a delicate pattern. Features no stretch, however garments cut in this fabric are cut a little oversized.

How do I wash my Stylecamp item?
Please refer to the individual care labels within the garment for specific washing instructions.
The majority of items can be washed safely in your washing machine at 30 degrees. I recommend this temperature as not only will it preserve the look of your garments for longer, it is also better for the environment.
Please avoid using tumble dryers if possible as this will shorten the life of your garment. For best results, some garments may require gentle reshaping when wet after washing.
Can I iron my Stylecamp item?
The nature of many of the fabrics I use at Stylecamp means that they won't really require a lot of ironing. However, if you find that you need to, simply iron the reverse on a medium setting with a little steam.
Please take care to avoid pressing the sewing label with the iron, or iron it on the reverse, as the surface is sensitive to heat.
Important for velour/velvet fabrics: You shouldn't need to iron these fabrics, however, take extreme care if you do. With a medium iron on the reverse side of the garment, use light circular motions without steam to avoid crushing the fabric. It's even better to use a press cloth if you have one handy.
How do I store my Stylecamp items?
The majority of items can be stored simply by hanging in a wardrobe or folding into a drawer.
Some items, such as the Marlene jumpsuit, I rec
ommend folding in half at the waist and hanging with a clip hanger to reduce stress on the garment at the waist or shoulders.
Can my item be made to measure?
For cost and fitting reasons, unfortunately I am unable to offer made to measure. However, feel free to send me your measurements and I'll be happy to advise the best size for you.

Can I buy different sizes within a two piece set?
Absolutely, you can! Just let me know your preferences in the notes section on the transaction page.
Can I buy the two piece sets as separate items?
Yes, you can! They are listed within their own section 'tops' and 'skirts' with their own prices.
Placing an Order
How long will my order take to process/make?
As all items are handmade, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be made before it is shipped. The majority of items are made and shipped within 3-4 working days.
Please contact me prior to ordering if you have an event you need your item for, and I'll do my best to advise/accommodate you.
Expedited shipping via UPS is available at extra cost. Shipping is faster, however delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Considering a large order?
It's my intention at Stylecamp to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order, therefore if you're not familiar with the brand, it's recommended to order 1-2 items at first to check you're happy with the style and fit. This is to avoid costly returns and wastage of materials.

Items are sent neatly wrapped in tissue, ideal for gifting. If you have any special requests for gift orders or wish to add a personal note, please let me know and I can include them in the package.
For international orders, please note I cannot omit value information from any customs forms.
Which cards do you accept?
Secure transactions are powered by WixPayments who accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Paypal payments are also accepted, where more payment options may be available.
No login account is required to shop at Stylecamp.
Can I cancel my order?
Please get in touch as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Cancellations are accepted unless an order has already been dispatched.
In the event your item was already dispatched and you do change your mind, you can exchange or return your order upon receipt of your item. Please note that buyers are responsible for return postage and the original postage fee cannot be refunded.

Where does my order ship from?
All Stylecamp items are handmade and shipped from my workshop in Folkestone, UK.
How are items sent?
As all items are handmade, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched. The majority of items are made and shipped within 3-4 working days.
Your item will be sent neatly packed in tissue paper and ready to show off!
You will receive an email notification after dispatch with a tracking number for your order. Any problems with delivery, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
How long do items take to ship?
Estimated shipping times after dispatch are:
United Kingdom: 2-4 business days
Europe: 7-10 business days
United States: 7-10 business days
Canada: 7-14 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-14 business days
Rest of World: 7-14 business days

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary from size & weight of the overall package and every effort is taken to keep postage costs as low as possible. Please see Shipping Costs and Delivery for more information.
Stated shipping costs via Royal Mail include tracking & insurance for peace of mind, but do not include any international taxes or customs charges. Stylecamp is not responsible for these fees.
Where multiple items have been ordered and postage seems quite high, in some cases a partial refund may be due. Feel free to message me with your requirements prior to ordering and I'll be happy to create a personal quote.
Will there be a customs charge?
Dependent on your country of residence, you may be subject to a customs and/or VAT charge for importing goods. From January 2021, this now includes countries within the EU.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Stylecamp is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Can I return my item if it's not right?
I gladly accept returns or exchanges if your item doesn't fit or is otherwise unsuitable. Please contact Stylecamp directly within 7 days of delivery with your request for a return or an exchange.
Items need to be sent off within 14 days of a request for a refund/exchange.
Items are returned or exchanged only upon receipt of the item in its original, unworn condition. Stylecamp cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items that are returned soiled or damaged, so please take extra care when trying on items to avoid the transfer of make-up or deodorant.
Refunded returns are for the paid value of the item only and exclude postage, unless an item is found to be faulty. Please contact Stylecamp immediately if in receipt of a faulty item.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
What if my item is faulty?
In cases of faulty items, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item, providing evidence of the issue, and I will do all I can to make it right.
You have the option to either a refund or replacement of your order.
Do I have to pay to return my item?
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, so please ensure you pay correct postage, fill out relevant customs forms correctly and obtain proof of postage.
All returns must be marked clearly on the outside 'return order'. Please note that the original postage paid cannot be refunded, unless an item is found faulty.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or colour?
I gladly accept exchanges if your item doesn't fit or isn't suitable. Exchanges are for a different size or colour of the same item only.
Please contact Stylecamp directly within 7 days of receipt of your order with your request for an exchange.
Items need to be sent off within 14 days of a request for an exchange.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How are my customer details used?
Stylecamp will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information, to communicate with you about your order; to fulfill your order; or for legal reasons (like paying taxes).
