When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Order Information and Device Information.

 

2. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Personal Information attained from customers is important to Stylecamp.  Your personal information is shared for very limited reasons, to nominated data processers and in limited circumstances, as follows:

 

  • The Site is hosted on the platform Wix.com. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

  • All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

  • Service providers: Certain trusted third parties use your information to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. Your personal information will be shared with these trusted third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

(i) Stylecamp’s processing of some of your information based on the defined legitimate interests

(ii) receiving marketing messages after providing your express consent to receive them.

 

In such cases, your personal information will be deleted unless there is compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

 

  • Complain: If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about Stylecamp’s use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE OF THE EU

 

Information may be stored and processed through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, your Personal Information may be transferred to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction.  If it is necessary to transfer information about you outside of the EU, Privacy Shield is the legal basis for the transfer, as the nominated data processor Wix is Privacy Shield certified.

7. HOW LONG YOUR DATA IS HELD
