RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I gladly accept returns and exchanges if your item doesn't fit or is otherwise unsuitable.  Please see the procedure below for requesting a return or exchange.

Returns/Exchanges

Can I return my item if it’s not right?

I gladly accept returns or exchanges if your item doesn't fit or is otherwise unsuitable. 


Please contact Stylecamp directly within 7 days of delivery with your request for a return or an exchange. 


Items need to be sent off within 14 days of a request for a refund/exchange. 


Items are returned or exchanged only upon receipt of the original item. 


Refunded returns are for the paid value of the item only* and exclude postage. 


*Full refunds including postage are offered on faulty items only. Please contact Stylecamp immediately if in receipt of a faulty item. 


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 


If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 


Stylecamp cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items that are returned soiled or damaged.

Can I exchange my item for a different size or colour?

I gladly accept exchanges if your item doesn't fit or isn't suitable.  Exchanges are for the same item only, although you can change colour if you wish.


Please contact Stylecamp directly within 7 days of delivery with your request for a return or an exchange. 


Items need to be sent off within 14 days of a request for a refund/exchange. Items are returned or exchanged only upon receipt of the original item. 


Requests for an exchange are sent on without an additional postage fee. 


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What if my item is faulty?

In cases of faulty items, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item, providing evidence of the issue, and I will do all I can to make it right. 


Return of the item will be decided on a case by case basis.  If the item is found to be faulty, you have the right to either a refund or replacement of your order.

Do I have to pay to return my item?

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, so please ensure you pay correct postage, fill out relevant customs forms correctly and keep your receipts. 


All returns must be marked clearly on the outside 'return order'.
