Items need to be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery.

Requests for an exchange are sent on without an additional postage fee. Refunded returns are for the paid value of the item only* and exclude postage.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, so please ensure you pay correct postage, fill out relevant customs forms correctly and keep your receipts.

All returns must be marked clearly on the outside 'return order'. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
